ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT

stubbrn is committed to making this website accessible to as many people as possible. This statement applies to https://stubbrn.co.

We aim for the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, the technical baseline of EN 301 549 v3.2.1, the standard incorporated into Spanish Law 11/2023 (BOE-A-2023-11022, the Spanish transposition of the European Accessibility Act).

This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partial conformance means some content does not yet fully meet the standard.

stubbrn is a microenterprise (fewer than 10 employees and annual turnover under EUR 2 million). Under Article 3.3 of Ley 11/2023, microenterprises are exempt from the service-related accessibility requirements of the European Accessibility Act. We publish this statement voluntarily, because customers matter more than thresholds.

The following items are tracked for remediation:

  • Page transitions honor the operating system reduced motion preference, but a small number of decorative animations may remain.
  • Site content is currently published in English only. Spanish and Portuguese translations are planned.
  • Some product imagery may lack descriptive alt text where Bea has not yet authored it.

This website relies on HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WAI-ARIA, and SVG.

We test using:

  • Automated tooling such as axe DevTools and Lighthouse.
  • Manual keyboard-only navigation.
  • Manual testing with VoiceOver on macOS Safari.
  • We do not currently engage a third-party auditor.
