RETURN GUIDE

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Items must be in original condition, include all tags, be unworn, unwashed, and free of marks and odors (makeup, perfume, etc.) and returned in secure packaging. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions. Returns must be made from the same country/region where the order was delivered.

To request a return, please contact us at: beatriz.neves@stubbrn.co. Include order number and items you wish to return. You will receive instructions to complete the return.

Return shipping costs are deducted from the refund. Shipping costs paid at checkout are nonrefundable.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once your return is received and approved, please allow 5 to 10 working days. You will receive a confirmation email once processed.

If you want a different item or size, please return your order and place a new one.
