RETURNS

If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you may return it.

Return window

You have 15 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Conditions

Items must:

• Be in original condition
• Include all tags
• Be unworn, unwashed, and free of marks and odors (makeup, perfume, etc.)
• Be returned in secure packaging

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions. Returns must be made from the same country/region where the order was delivered.

• Order number
• Items you wish to return

You will receive instructions to complete the return.

RETURN COSTS

Return shipping costs are deducted from the refund.

• Spain & Portugal: EUR 3.99
• Rest of Europe: EUR 8.95 to EUR 9.95 (depending on country)

Shipping costs paid at checkout are non-refundable.

REFUNDS

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once your return is received and approved, please allow 5 to 10 working days. You will receive a confirmation email once processed.

EXCHANGES

If you want a different item or size, please return your order and place a new one.
